Was not very busy whilst we were there, service was helpful & quick. I had the cod which was ok. My friend had steak, done just how she liked it. Deserts were nice. Overall a nice evening but quite expensive.

We came here for Sunday roast to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had a fantastic experience. The mixed board of ribeye steak, lamb, and chicken was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. On top of that, the service was outstanding — a special thanks to Locie and Beata for making the day so memorable.

Arrived quite late in the evening wanting somthing sweet and a hot drink. Emelia took us to a nice quiet table gave us dessert menus. Service was fast and friendly and the desserts were delicious especially the Lemon tart. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Recently had a really good experience at this Miller & Carter in St Albans. We visited on a fairly quiet Tuesday evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our server Beata was very friendly and attentive. Her excellent service made the meal even more special. The food and drinks were perfect. Both our steaks were cooked as requested and were full of flavour, with plenty of sauce. The fried onion, tomato, wedge of lettuce and fries were all really tasty. We opted for the brownie and the cheesecake for dessert, which were presented well and both really delicious. Overall a great experience and would recommend visiting.

Miller and Carter is my favourite restaurant and I came to the St Albans branch for the first time this evening. It did not disappoint! Food was unbelievable and the service from Martina was seamless!! Thank you Miller and Carter St Albans for a beautiful date night!!! Ps - the strawberry sling cocktail is worth trying if you haven’t already!!!

We were at st Alban's to celebrate a friend's wedding. The service was a little slow but the food a great (vegetables needed some seasoning). The best part was our waitress Lucy (hope I remembered her name right). She was amazing and very nice to talk to. We stayed till quite late but she treated us with great care and a genuine smile throughout.

I came here for a birthday meal with my husband & friends, our waitress for the evening was Martina, she was so polite and attentive to our requests and needs. The food was absolutely delicious this evening. Our starters were cooked perfectly (chicken & prawns), All Steaks were cooker how we requested, chips were crispy and well salted. All served within a good time frame. The birthday treat was also a lovely surprise too. All the other staff we interacted with were so polite. I could not fault anything this evening.
